Our physicians provide care based on the information you provide; therefore, the accuracy of the information you submit is critical to the quality of care you receive.

Prescriptions and medical notes issued through TeleCare Canada are provided solely at the professional discretion of our licensed physicians. Our physicians are not obligated to issue any prescription or medical note and will only do so when medically appropriate.

Fees for our services will be communicated clearly before the commencement of any consultation. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable once a consultation has commenced, except in cases where we are unable to provide the requested service due to technical or physician availability issues.
We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after a fee change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeleCare Canada, its directors, employees, physicians, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three (3) months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TeleCare Canada at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, our staff, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TeleCare Canada shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
